Attraverso questi percorsi si vuole rafforzare la sinergia tra istruzione e formazione (continua e non formale) ed incentivare la professionalizzazione e il raggiungimento dell’eccellenza in un settore importante per il nostro Paese così ricco di storia e monumenti artistici, ma anche di città e piccoli borghi in cui il restauro edile e sostenibile é fondamentale per garantire armonia paesaggistica da un lato e comfort e qualità di vita dall’altro.

 L’azienda nata nel 1873, fortemente radicata e simbolo del territorio, lavora densamente nell’ambito della FORMAZIONE PROFESSIONALE riferita al proprio settore e rivolta agli adulti e ai giovani apprendisti.
In particolare:
– in stretta connessione con l’ISTITUTO TECNICO GEOMETRI – ITG di Rovigo – COSTRUZIONI, AMBIENTE e TERRITORIO, facente capo all’ISTITUTO DI ISTRUZIONE SUPERIORE MUNERATI, organizza seminari e stage formativi aziendali in TECNICHE EDILIZIE e ARTI del RESTAURO per gli allievi dell’ultimo anno e per gli ex-allievi attingendo dalla banca dati dei diplomati messa a disposizione dallo stesso istituto.
– in collaborazione con l’associazione APE – ARCHITETTI per ESIGENZA, studia le problematiche della città per proporre soluzioni sostenibili in linea con le attuali teorie in materia, organizza eventi culturali, stimola i giovani apprendisti su temi legati allâ architettura e lâ urbanistica della propria città.

Per il contributo attivo alla formazione in materia restauro, nel 2012 e di nuovo nel 2013 è stata selezionata come PARTNER ESTERO – AZIENDA OSPITANTE per la formazione professionale di maltesi esperti nel settore. Il progetto VETPro era promosso dall’ente maltese HERITAGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS con l’obiettivo di innalzare le competenze professionali dei partecipanti esperti in diversi ambiti del patrimonio artistico di Malta.

La Fornace Fonti gestisce quindi diversi programmi di formazione su diversi livelli di esperienza e di durata variabile. Viene infatti presa in considerazione e contattata da enti come il Politecnico di Torino e il Politecnico di Milano e da singoli tecnici o esperti che vogliono approfondire studi o realizzare progetti specifici (es. Biennale Venezia 2013, padiglione Italia, titolo opera: The Dry Salvalage, di Elisabetta Benassi. Commento dell’artista: «Mi piace lavorare con questa terra. Anche i mattoni dellâ Arsenale di Venezia provengono dalla Fornace Fonti di Grignano. …).
La Fornace ha inoltre firmato gli intenti di partecipazione al progetto di ricerca che lâ Istituto per la Conservazione e la Valorizzazione dei Beni Culturali (ICVBC) del CNR aveva inteso intraprendere, insieme allâ Istituto di Geologia Ambientale e Geoingegneria sempre del CNR e al Politecnico di Torino, nellâ ambito del Progetto Bandiera â la Fabbrica del Futuroâ  promosso e finanziato dal Programma Nazionale della Ricerca 2011-2013.

The company founded in 1873, strongly rooted and a symbol of the territory, works intensively in the field of PROFESSIONAL TRAINING relating to its sector and aimed at adults and young apprentices.
In particular:
– in close connection with the TECHNICAL INSTITUTE OF SURVEYORS – ITG of Rovigo – CONSTRUCTION, ENVIRONMENT and TERRITORY, belonging to the INSTITUTE OF HIGHER EDUCATION MUNERATI, organizes company seminars and training internships in BUILDING TECHNIQUES and RESTORATION ARTS for final year students and former students, drawing from the database of graduates made available by the same institute.
– in collaboration with the APE – ARCHITECTS by NEED association, studies the problems of the city to propose sustainable solutions in line with current theories on the subject, organizes cultural events, stimulates young apprentices on topics related to the architecture and urban planning of their city.

For its active contribution to training in restoration matters, in 2012 and again in 2013 it was selected as FOREIGN PARTNER – HOST COMPANY for the professional training of Maltese experts in the sector. The VETPro project was promoted by the Maltese organization HERITAGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS with the aim of raising the professional skills of participants who are experts in different areas of Malta’s artistic heritage.

Fornace Fonti therefore manages various training programs at different levels of experience and of variable duration. In fact, it is taken into consideration and contacted by bodies such as the Polytechnic of Turin and the Polytechnic of Milan and by individual technicians or experts who want to deepen studies or carry out specific projects (e.g. Biennale Venezia 2013, Italian pavilion, work title: The Dry Salvalage, by Elisabetta Benassi. Fornace also signed the intentions to participate in the research project that the Institute for the Conservation and Valorization of Cultural Heritage (ICVBC) of the CNR had intended to undertake, together with the Institute of Environmental Geology and Geoengineering also of the CNR and the Polytechnic of Turin, as part of the Flag Project “the Factory of the Future” promoted and financed by the National Research Program 2011-2013.
